Exclusive Privileges
- Elite Twin /Double Room complimentary upgrade Premier Deluxe Twin /Double Room (subject to hotel availability).
- Breakfast included: Maximum 2 breakfasts per room per day, with the same price for adults and children.
- Special Event Dates: 16-17 Sept 2024 (Total 2 Nights): add MOP200 per night per room, 30-Sep, 07-Oct,14-17 Nov,24-27 Dec,31-Dec 2024 (Total 11 Nights): add MOP300 per night per room, 01-06 Oct 2024(Total 6 Nights): add MOP500 per night per room.
- Supplementary charge for Studio Room :MOP200 per night per room.
- The room can accommodate up to two adults or one children under the age of 12 who do not occupy a bed and stay with their parents.
- During the staying, the garbage will be cleaned up once a day, and the room cleaning and bedding will be changed once every three days.
- Free use of fitness centre & indoor swimming pool
- Complimentary self –parking
Remark
- No extra bed.
- Full pre-payment of room charge is required. Room charge is non-refundable and non-transferable for any early departure or cancellation or amendment of period of stay.
- Any modification or cancellation of the reservation must be notified to the hotel reservation department in writing within 24 hours before check-in.
- All reservations, special room surcharges need to be booked at the same time as the room reservation, no in-store reservations are not available. Advance reservation is required and room rate is subject to change with prior notice.
- The supply of parking spaces depends on the actual situation of the hotel, and there are no reserved parking spaces. Please remark car number on the booking.
- Casa Real Hotel reserves the right to make the final decision when any dispute arises.
