「A good hotel with a decent location」 Nothing really, it was just a one night stay. The hotel was very close to the ferry terminal, about a 15 minute walk. Easy check in and check out. Decent wifi speeds. --Booking.com

"Awesome” One of the best hotel I've stayed at. Been here many times and will come back to this hotel a gain. Room is huge, huge bed. Very comfortable. Great staffs, speak very good English. Location can't be beat. within walking distant to ferry. Never had any bad experiences staying at this hotel and I stayed numerous times before. Price is very decent. At most hotels in China/Hong Kong/ Macau, you can hear loud Chinese guests talking in the hall way from your room. In this place, it's very quiet. I have nothing negative to say about this hotel ---Agoda

"Excellent” Very spacious room. Very nearby the fisherman wharf and science center. Free shuttle between the hotel and outer harbour every hour. Excellent for family with young children. Value for money. ---Agoda

" Excellent”  ----We are able to get the hotel shuttle bus at the opposite site of ferry terminal but no shuttle bus available to or from Macao Airport. Casa Real give me a surprise by providing a birthday cake to me since my birthday is during my stay in the hotel. The free Handy phone provided to guest to freely make local call and locate place of attraction is a added services provided by the hotel. I will stay in this hotel again if i am in Macao again. --Agoda

「I would stay there again」 --My partner wanted to pay cash, but since I had booked it as non-refundable, they were not very willing to change the method of payment because they had already charged my card prior to checkout. However, in fairness, that might not be their fault, but rather how their arrangement with Booking.com is set up. about a 5 - 10 minute walk to the major casinos and other stuff. Great big bed with 4 big, soft pillows. Great shower. Much less expensive than staying in the famous Casino/hotels. You can easily walk to them or get a taxi for like 15 HKD. --Booking.com

"Awesome. Best price for the money. Great quality” ----Perfect. Huge room, super nice. great comfortable King bed. Very clean and modern. From outside, the hotel doesn't look all that new nor grand, but the room is very modern and 5 star. I have no complain at all and stay at this hotel many many times and will come back every time I go to Macau. Location is great, within walking distance to ferry and many restaurant and saunas and spas. --Agoda

We came in at night and were glad the hotel was very near to the port. Then, the walk to the center wasn’t bad at all. The surrounding neighborhood of the hotel is a bit suspect but just walk away from there and it’s quite nice. The staff was efficient and the food was ok. Our regular standard room was decent and the price for the hotel was better than the competition. Overall, we’d stay here again. --Tripadvisor
