Thank you for heart-warming service. Our Team have entered the Macau Grand Prix for 6 years. It was my first time staying at your CASA REAL HOTEL. The hotel room was very clean, especially the bathroom was good. Thank you for finishing up the laundry cleanly and quickly. Our work was so hard that I could relax back to the hotel. Our Team got podium in Chinese  Cup（3rd） and CTM（2nd）this year. I am planning to challenge the Macau Grand Prix again next year. At that time I will also reserve CASA REAL HOTEL. --By Email

Good location next to Macau ferry terminal, Quiet and clean hotel, easy walkable distance from ferry terminal. But not much food options for tourists in the area. Got a free upgrade to a larger room, clean and large bathroom. Nice hotel if you prefer less tourists, quieter compared to the bigger chains. --Agoda

Roomy, quite, and clean. Food at the 1st floor was also good. Convenient for going out for eating and take foot massage. Economical comparing to the facility of the hotel. It was very good access from ferry port and walking distance from Senado area. ---Agoda

Loved it! Room was super huge and clean and walking distance from shuttle buses. Free shuttle bus to Gongbei port as well. ---Agoda

A little treasure while in Macau We found this hotel with the true hospitality to extend their willing hands to make sure our first stay in the exciting Macau was smooth and less trouble. The facility in the hotel and room was more than adequate to our eyes and at the price we pay, we regarded it as the bargain to enjoy the place. The receptionists, guards and other staff were overall friendly and hospitable even though some of them did not comprehend English and that would be the basic but hard to find in the trip to China. We expect that to accommodate more real demands, the hotel considers offering shuttle services to Taipa ferry terminal. --Tripadvisor

Nice location, Speed Service respond but only departure time out of caring on taxi arrangement. Raining time no enough space roof cover for guests to drof off. --- Expedia
