「Good Short Stay」We had to wait at least an hour for our room to be ready. (Maybe b’coz of peak season??, nevertheless the room should be ready for us). We were already exhausted from the flight, & needed some good rest. Stayed for one night. Staffs are friendly. Cleaned room (non-smoking). Convenient location! -- Booking.com

“Good place to stay” Recomended, near from Ferry terminal of course.. if you want to go anywhere, just walk 10-15minutes to terminal and take free bus to many hotel in Macau :) oh, local bus near too in front of this hotel :) --Agoda

Very pleasant and satisfactory. The hotel is cosy. The casinos are 3 levels, almost exclusive. Nothing to complain actually. You have to walk from the ferry to the hotel if you miss the last shuttle bus at midnight. 5-10 mins walk in the cold. Prepare some warm clothing and wind-beater. The bed is comfortable. Bathroom spacious. The concierge speaks English and very accommodating. I like to play the slot machines and I find the rates of 5 cents and 10 cents are reasonable. I am surprised that I could win in Casa Real, the returns are better than that of Venetian, Sands, City of Dreams and the bigger hotels. Casa is near Golden Dragon where the returns are just as good. So if you look for some loose machines, visit Casa and Golden Dragon. I doubt anyone has won a jackpot in Macau. Go to Las Vegas or Melbourne if you look for jackpots. --Booking.com

The room was very nice, and the staff service is good enough, however, the King bed I need could not be offered, a little disappointed, but I understood that the room arrangement is subject to availability. Thanks The morning tea of Canton style is the most delicious in Macau, especially the tea leave of po nei, it is excellent. -Tripadvisor
