Clean and comfortable. Recently stopped for 3 nights, check in was quick and easy with the English speaking reception. We were upgraded to a large room with a king size bed at no extra cost ( Room847).There is no bell boy so you take your own luggage to your room. Our room was very large with an office desk a table flat screen tv. Slippers dressing gowns lots of toilets items tea/ coffee making facilities and important to me , a hairdryer. The powers points are three prong English. The bed was comfortable however the pillows hard. The hotel is situated in the old part of Macau which is somewhat run down but clean. A 2 min walk to the shuttle buses and you can get free rides to all the casinos. The ferry terminal is a good 10-15 min walk. Not suitable for dragging suitcases as there are over passed to climb up and down. We actually caught the bus from Hong Kong to Macau across the new bridge and took s taxi from the passenger clearance area . Taxis and public transport is cheap and plentiful .if you plan on using the local buses you can buy a pass at the IGA. I have included a picture of the travel pass --Tripadvisor

At first, I was a bit worried because the staff could not find my reservation. So, the staff told me to wait 5 minutes and then they were able to confirm a room for me. Furthermore, it was a lovely hotel. The gym was small but the heated pool was great and perfect for cooling down from a workout.--Expedia

Nice and comfortable, The casino didn't take the local currency which was annoying. Not sure if that's true across all of Macau though. Easy to get to from ferry, free shuttles everywhere! Great space in the room. Good aircon, great pressure for the shower. ---Ctrip
