外観がいかにもカジノホテルという感じでそんなに期待はしていなかったのですが、ホテル内はとても綺麗で高級ホテルのような雰囲気で良かったです。 スタッフの対応も良いし部屋の広さやアメニティも充実してます。立地も中心部からは少し離れていますがフェリーターミナルを拠点に考えれば結構便利に動けます。ただあの辺りは大きな幹線道路が入り組んでいるので最初ホテルにたどり着くのが大変かもしれません。 一応マカオフェリーターミナルと国境の２パターンのシャトルバスが運行されているようです。 近くに２４時間営業の小さいスーパーがあります。その通りの反対側のバス停はマカオ空港行きなので、そのバス停を確認すれば空港への移動も便利だと思いました。ホテル正面の大きな道路から中心部に向かって１０分程歩くとかなり大きなスーパーが２軒あるので買い物が楽しかったです。 気になったのはチェックアウトの手続きにとても時間がかかったこと。１人あたりにかかる時間が相当長くイライラするほど待たされました。残念です。 とは言え、この料金でこのクラスのホテルは優秀だと思います。他の都市では考えられない、マカオだからこそ可能なんでしょうね！ --TripAdvisor

The hotel nears ferry pier. Provide shuttle bus to both the ferry pier and boarder gate. Takes around 15 minutes walk to the Historic Centre of Macau, and the Runs of St. Paul's. The rooms are big and clean I feel satisfy with it. --TripAdvisor

Great location, luxury plus rooms, superb service from friendly staff. Quick efficient transfer from Hong Kong Ferry. Fast free WiFi. Excellent breakfast menu. Very pleasant restaurant with wide menu. Highly recommended --TripAdvisor

This hotel was far better than I expected. The free pick up shuttle bus from the ferry terminal was the start of a warm and welcoming experience. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff especially Kit at reception who was an immense help on many an occasion. The pictures don't do it justice and I must also mention that the premises are immaculate inside and out. --TripAdvisor
