No breakfast was included. Staff speak minimum English but understand well. Very small pool and fitness center. Hard to find the spa on the 4th floor because of the complex structure. Convenient for family! The dim sum at the hotel is soso and seems little overpriced. I later found a better dim sum restaurant where the bill is half of the amount we spend at hotel restaurant, yet we actually eat more dim sum at outside. Their family room was awesome! Although called as family room, it is actually a connecting room with balcony. So our family have 2 bathroom which help us to speed up our preparation time. ? The bed is really really comfort. Coffee and kettle are hidden in the cabinet, may take some time to find them. Tools and kits and complete and quality, love them! The staff is really helpful,friendly. フェリー乗り場から近く、移動には最適です。しかしホテルのシャトルバスの乗り場は良くわからないので、徒歩が早いです。部屋は比較的に清潔です   --Ctrip
