Upon entering this hotel,you can feel the exhilarating vibes, and wonderful services!! Hotel accommodation in Macau is very expensive at sometime and I have learned this place so much worth it!i have enjoyed a lot and all is well during my stay here.. The room is big,clean and very relaxing…. The swimming pool is so nice, stress reliever!! The staff are very approachable and kind. The food is so delicious!! Thanks Casa Real….

Nice stay. Room big and clean. Nice staff. Good value. Location: close to the ferry terminal (10min walking distance) but a bit far from the nice hotel (veneziane) and city center (so requiring taxis)---Booking.com

Nice. The staffs are extremely nice, helpful and friendly. The hotel is near Hong Kong China ferry terminal and they have shutter bus from the terminal to the hotel. When we go there, they upgraded our hotel room. We are extremely happy. We stayed 2 nights here, and we decided no need for room cleaning. They see our ‘do not disturb ‘ sign, and they put the notice under the door, telling that they didn’t come for room cleaning but if we need anything new like water, tower etc pls call them. Then later that evening, they just happened to meet us in the doorway, and they still ask us whether we still need us for room cleaning. We feel so important as a guest.--Booking.com
